Yellow Open Heart

Yellow is the colour of sunshine. It warms our senses and
inspires our minds. As the colour of the Solar Plexus Chakra, it connects us to
our thoughts, our way of thinking, and in turn, stimulates us into action.
Yellow is associated with the stomach, stimulating our desires for nourishment
through food. It allows the transformation of food and water to become the
vital energy source of the body. Just as we need the sun to live, so too do we
need fuel from our food in order to be active.
Yellow is the colour of communication – speaking, reading
and writing. It stimulates our minds and how we interact with our realities.
We can use yellow for studying, analyzing, counseling and learning as it allows
the student and the teacher the ability to comprehend what is transpiring
through the information being presented. Yellow inspires the soul to create,
resulting in actions that are required in order to convert ideals into reality.
When added to earth tones, ideas become reality. Feel the warmth; feel the
