Kyanite
Kyanite is a great stone that has unlimited applications. As a stone of clarity it never needs cleaning as it will NOT hold on to any form of ‘negative’ energy. It is perfect for use in attunement ceremonies as it allows for an alignment of all the chakras. This alignment takes place automatically without any conscious thought. When one uses it with conscious direction it will focus its balancing energies on the throat chakra and the third eye chakra, as well as, allow for an opening of all of the chakras. Kyanite resonates at the etheric and astral levels. It works to balance the ying and yang of an individual on all levels of being; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and ethereal or astral. As it infuses a sense of tranquility and calmness it can aid in the stimulation of psychic awareness; as well as, connection to spiritual guides within a meditation. Holding onto a piece of Kyanite is suggested when trying to ‘get-in-to’ a meditation as it will facilitate clarity in the mental and astral planes. Kyanite is often used at night when trying to remember dreams as it infused a solution focused approach to understanding the messages within the unconscious mind; simply by placing it under your pillow or by the bed side. As Kyanite is a great clearing stone it will gently yet forcefully remove energy blockages both in the auric field and the chakra centers. During which time it will diffuse or dispel of anger, frustration or any non-useful emotional attachments. Physical HealingWhen facilitating conscious healing practices, Kyanite is useful in the “laying-of-stones” treatments when placed between the heart chakra and the navel chakra. It’s vibrations work on treating physical disorders of the muscular system (root chakra), the urogenital system (sacral chakra), adrenal glands (root chakra), the throat and parathyroid glands (throat chakra) as well as the brain (solar plexus, third eye and crown chakra). When placed directly on the heart chakra or left hand, it allows for instant balance within all chakras, upper and lower. ColorsTypical Kyanite ranges from a bluish-white, pale-blue to an intense blue. The deeper color blue ones contain stronger healing properties. It may also have a presence of crystal inclusions, which also aids in the powerful healing. Black Kyanite, normally found infused into darker blue stones, will allow for additional grounding of the physical body during an alignment. Both the Blue and Black Kyanite allows for a spontaneous alignment (without consciousness effort). Green Kyanite carries a more transparency and infuses heart chakra healing and forgiveness. It is best to intend consciousness when using or wearing a green Kyanite. It is suggested to carry a piece of green Kyanite or wear it on a necklace close to the heart chakra when in high stress situations. During times of high stress it will balance it by infusing a calm, gentleness, as it allows the carrier a more peaceful at-one vibration.
