Universal Sky NewsletterSun in Scorpio 2004 (October - November)On October 23rd the glorious Sun moves into the sign of Scorpio. Transformation is the theme of this month. There is change happening for everyone. The transformation energy began with the Solar Eclipse that took place on October 14th. The Solar Eclipse for most people awakened old issues of the past. Issues that will take time to heal, or to transmute into light energy. However there was not too much intensity around that Eclipse for most people. As the month progresses there will be more energy that asks us to transform on many different levels. On October 24th at 6:57 pm Neptune moves into a Direct Motion at 12 Degrees Aquarius 36’. The Sabian Symbol* for 13 Degrees Aquarius is “A BAROMETER”** which means the ability to discover the natural facts so that we can plan in advance. A Barometer measures pressure, a change of pressure today gives us an indication of what the weather will be tomorrow. In other words…All the confusion that has been fogging our minds clears away; we will once again attain clarity upon following our higher truth. With this clarity, it will be easier to embrace that transformation that is required for our growth. Not just personal growth but evolutionary growth. For there is not much time until the final part of understanding comes around. It is time to tap into the universal mind and explore realms not quite understood by the logical mind. On October 27th at 10:08 PM EST a Lunar Eclipse joins the Full Moon at 5 degrees of Taurus 02 Minutes. The Sabian Symbol* for 6 Degrees of Taurus is “CANTILEVER BRIDGE ACROSS A DEEP GORGE”***. There is separateness around this joining of group consciousness. Personal issues that have left one feeling lonely now start to separate from existence. However this is done with group effort and learning. So clearing away can begin but on a level to open up to the abundance of the universe. We must clear away to open up to other energy. On a more personal level, if there is anything within your possessions that you are holding on to now is the time to release it. Stagnant values and beliefs will be swept away with this energy. For part of what needs to be cleared away is not just emotional beliefs but also physical possessions that no longer serve. This is major house cleaning time, to go through all of your possessions (that perhaps at one time you valued) and release those items that no longer have happy associations. As we clear away the physical the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the self also get cleared. If it is too difficult to decide on what to keep and what to purge…let a group join you on your journey to clearing out. When the group joins in not only can it be fun, but it can also be helpful. Let the clearing and cleansing begin (please always remember that when asking for clearing – ask for it to be a gentle as possible…it does not have to be painful). The next day, on October 28th Venus moves into its ruling sign of Libra. When Venus is in the sign of Libra all the associations of both Venus and Libra are heightened. For love is the key during this time, and for most people it will be love of relationship. Now don’t forget the transformation theme of the month for the love that we share with others (and with our self) will go through a transmutation of sorts. It will grow in areas that we did not expect growth. Many people during this time will go out and purchase many fine things. For we are being teased when it comes to owning what we value, however, don’t over do it. For our credit may not withstand the fine luxuries that we are tempted to purchase over this time. On November 4th, Mercury moves into Sagittarius our mind shifts into accepting knowledge that we may not quite understand. Nevertheless, our perceptions expand into the all knowing power of the Universe. We have the ability now to change our perceptions on our reality. To look from above a see the ‘larger’ picture, to see the Truth. So for a few days (4 to be exact) we get to see things in a new light, but then on November 8th there will be shift, a shift that will aid us towards re-structuring this new plan. Saturn moves into a retrograde motion, at 27 Degrees of Cancer 20’. The Sabian Symbol* for 28 Degrees of Cancer is “AN INDIAN GIRL INTRODUCES HER WHITE LOVER TO HER ASSEMBLED TRIBE”. This is speaking of an inner rebirth through acceptance of the values that we manifest into the human body. We are opening up to altering the foundations of our existence and when Mercury moved into Sagittarius a few days ago, we got sight of what needs to be altered. Here we are restructuring the beliefs that came with our tribe. For this energy, as high as it is will be effecting most people at the Root Chakra level. Either through physical alterations that are required to manifest or, within the structures that we have established within our cultures and within our family. Trust in the power of the Universe to aid you in this time of transformation. Then on November 11th Mars moves into Scorpio (its ruling sign). Our emotions will be sharp over the next 6 weeks. There is no fluff over this time, there is no making anything ‘look’, ‘feel’ or ‘be’ appealing. There is an intensity that cuts right to the heart of the matter. If stuff needs to get done…now is the time to do it, but try to be gentle, for anger may interfere with you ability to get things done. This is the time to use this emotional intensity to drive to into moving through any emotional blocks. Once they are cut away, you can then charge forward. Also on this day Uranus moves into Direct Motion. A change of pace is present…after what seems like going backwards for month things move forward again. Mars will help us to realize what we need to charge through but Uranus will be the factor in how easy it flows. Uranus is the planet of freedom for once we release all that needs to be released over the month; Uranus aids us into feeling the freedom that we have desiring for so long. Use the power of the universe and consciously create your ideas into reality. Tomorrow brings new beginnings for all, the New Moon happens on November 12th at 10:28 AM EST. Here we can embrace new releases, new energy, and new lovers. The New Moon happens at 20 Degrees of Scorpio 33 Minutes. The Sabian Symbol* for 21 Degrees of Scorpio is “OBEYING HIS CONSCIENCE, A SOLDIER RESISTS HIS ORDERS”*****. Time to follow your heart, if you heart tells you one thing, yet your boss tell you another…Trust in your heart. Here you are being asked to follow your own values – Honour your truth. If you are honouring your truth, nothing that happens on an exterior level will harm you. Remember this time coming for it will be one of honouring the self. You will find that if you anchor your honour, others will appreciate you for that. Set yourself free, and be true to you. Enjoy the Sun’s Transit through Scorpio, but remember this is not a ‘Solar Month’ this is a ‘Lunar Month’.
