February 2010February is quite often referred to the month of love as it holds the one day we celebrate our love to another within a year, Valentines Day! Too many people, Valentines Day is a day for celebrating LOVE, the love we have for another or with another, but it is always important to remember, that just because someone buys you those flowers or box of chocolates does not denote the love that they have for you. For many, if a gift of love is not purchased by your partner, they automatically feel less appreciated and under valued. Why is that? Has our value of love been reduced to a box of chocolates? Think about this… if you put your love in a box of chocolates, then you really need to look within yourself to find the sweetness in your life. If you put your love in a box of chocolates, then the chocolates will love you back but putting its love and abundance in the places you least desire on your body! I have discovered over time that the love one seeks can only be found within the self FIRST. If you go looking to others to give you the love that you believe you deserve, then you will be disappointed. One can not accept the love of another, if they can not find the love within themselves first. One must love and honor the self before they can love and honor another. So this valentine’s day, choose to do something different and spend some time loving who you are. Love everything about yourself; including your faults. Love the life that you have, the car that you drive, the house that you live in, and the people that you live with. Love your debt as much as you love your income; love your enemies as much as you love your friends! Love your neighbor and most of all love the earth for all that it has shared with you. Love everything that you see, even the stuff that you normally don’t like and you will love yourself in a way that you never have before, openly and honestly. See the value of love, by finding love in places that you never thought existed! There is a bit of activity taking place this month, as there is every month. Here are some of the energetic vibrations worth consideration when it comes to your long term goals and plans for the month of February…Lets talk about Soul Love… As a planet, we are moving into the age of light, and it is this month that determines your place within the line of light, for love is the vibration of light energy or light beings, and as we all raise our vibration, shifting our consciousness, we are being asked to hold the loving light (Sun & Venus in Aquarius) for those who are walking in the darkness (Mars retrograde in Leo) or living in the unconsciousness state of mind. Even those who walk in the light are being asked to face their shadows, for it is their shadow that dims the light within them, and facing your shadow gives your light a potential to shine brightly. As the month began, we all experienced in some way, great or small an aspect of our dark side. Everyone is being asked to move out of their comfort zones, needing to make changes in ways that are not familiar with them, thanks to the Saturn square Pluto aspect which took place on Jan 31st. The vibration is now disseminating, however, we are still working with it on some level as we integrate this new style of movement. Inspiring unusual thoughts and ideas will be activated as we approach February 6th. Mercury sextile Uranus awakens the mind, and there is a potential to focus upon creating solutions to any dilemma’s that you may have. This allows you to move ‘Love’ into your thoughts and consciousness. Love for the greater good as Uranus (the awakener) continues its journey through the sign of Pisces (universal consciousness) and while Mercury (mind, thought) completes its journey in Capricorn (structures upon the earth). Additionally on this day, Jupiter sextile Pluto allows for the opportunity of moving towards the goals of humanity in changing the vibrations from lower to higher. Tapping into the big picture allows one to tap into their love of life, the pleasures and enjoyments that they choose to experience. As we move through the month Venus conjunct Neptune allows for the integration of your personal values and beliefs to merge with your Souls values and beliefs. This shall inspire idealism and faith within your third eye and upper heart chakra’s. Open up to experience the bliss of Universal Love as you focus upon the desires of both realities. Mercury then moves into the sign of Aquarius allowing us to focus upon our personal and humanitarian hopes wishes and dreams on Feb 10th. Then shortly there after Venus moves into Pisces on Feb 11th creating an urge to merge into universal love and at-one-ness with the universe. Acts of meditation and creative inspiration are strongly highlighted now, open your heart and understand the higher frequencies that are at play within the sky, for we may now understand that connection to our Soul’s vibration. Allow yourself to become inspired and awaken within you’re the potential of planting new seeds that are in alignment with your higher self. The New Moon transpires on Feb 13th at 9:51 PM. This New Moon takes place at 25 degrees of Aquarius 18 minutes, inspiring us to align harmoniously the two aspects of being, yin and yang. Alignment takes place within the heavens; therefore it takes place within the self as well inspiring us to move in ways never imagined. We can align minds, the analytical and intuitive to find the solutions that we are seeking. Mental efficiency is required to guide us along the path that we are traveling within this reality. Combining the ability to manage our day to day as it is reflected by the desires of our higher self; our Soul Self. Open up to merging within so that you can align your external reality. On Feb 14th, not only is it Valentines Day the day of Love celebration, but it is a day where the Sun and Neptune align allowing for heightened sensitivities on the physical and spiritual planes. Intuition may be at its highest peak for many people, listen to the voice of your soul. Then a couple of days later (although we can begin to feel this vibration on the 14th) Venus conjuncts Jupiter opening us up to the potential and possibilities of our interconnectedness to our Soul Self, aligning the spiritual values of the higher self with the lower self once again, but with a somewhat different vibration. Feeling the love and beauty all around you is requested as spiritual growth transpires. Allow the generosity found within your heart to shine through. There is a purpose to sharing love with humanity at this time, as on Feb 17th Neptune and Chiron conjunct in the heavens. Opening up windows of darkness in which only love can diffuse and transmute. Pain on many levels (emotional, mental, physical or spiritual) will be experiences but one must remember not to get lost within this pain. Use this time to heal, through understanding the cause of the pain, then creating a plan that allows you to rise above it instead of staying in the place of victim. On some level, everyone is being tested on faith and everyone is being asked to flip what you are experiencing now into LOVE. It is through the vibration of love that the healing will transpire and one can rise above the mundane aspects and understand the growth that is transpiring on a higher level, within a state of higher consciousness. In order to heal and raise the vibration of humanity we must be aware of what is lowering our vibrations; the events that transpire now are about awareness, so open yourself to seeing within what is stopping you from being the desire you desire in your external reality. You choose how long you experience the grief, for the power of not experiencing it, and rising above it lives within each individual’s free will. Remember; YOU CHOOSE! The Sun shifts into the unconscious sign of Pisces on Feb 18th, as egos continue to be broken down as one moves past the illusions within this reality. Open up to experiencing the imagination and connect with that which can not be seen by the naked eye. On Feb 23rd, the Sun sextile Pluto allows you to illuminate where your power is within the self. One may notice that they have given it to another being or institution, but in truth it is within the self waiting to be transformed into a source that serves the greater good. Our mind understands the concept on a level that is creative and not rational, so stop thinking and start feeling your thoughts as Mercury conjuncts Neptune on the 27th. Prior to the Full Moon on the 28th the Sun conjunct Jupiter allows for an inner inspirational awareness into the potentials and possibilities of growth in understanding that life is simply one aspect of being. For there is more to life then just living, there is BEING, and one has the potential to understand that statement of “Being” on this day! The Full Moon takes place on the last day of the month, Feb 28th at 11:37 AM, where one may experience a strong link between their emotions and physical body. This Full Moon transpires at 09 degrees of Virgo 58 minutes, illuminating the duality that exists within the mind. It allows one to observe the conflicts of the world and the oppositions within the self. It is within these opposites that one may realize they have the ability to blend the two dual aspects of being into ONE reality. If you can open your mind and heart into seeing how the mirror is reflecting within the self, then you can merge that state of duality into the ONE. Seeing the internal conflicts that exist within allow you to move beyond the shadows, which in truth can allow for a new cycle of manifestation as one embraces the divine within the Self.
