Through conscious integration of the colors; in your wardrobe and in decorating on can discover how to infusing color healing through a multitude of modalities such as; gemstones, color baths, candle therapy, color breathing, color visualization, colour food, colour water and other forms of color therapy. By infusing colour healing into your routines one can live a more fulfilled life. In this workshop gain insight into how YOU interact with colour on an emotional, mental and intuitive level. Find your personal inspirational colors and gain awareness into how you’re your personal colours can assists you in life. Also you will find your ‘weak’ colour and comprehend how to overcome some of life’s challenges by integrating this color into your self-healing journey.
