"LIVE LUNCH; Barbeque, Corn Roast, Bake Sale and Live Music Picnic" Date: Sunday September 18, 2011 Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Location: Bayview Beach (located at the bend of Bayview Ave, where it meets Lake Drive in Keswick, ON, Canada). Elmhurst Beach Association is hosting a "LIVE LUNCH"-Barbeque, Corn Roast & Bake Sale with Live Music Fundraiser! With a portion of the proceeds raised going to York Region Food for Learning! Come out and enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of our private beach, listen to some great LIVE music, and enjoying some great FOOD! Help us to support this great cause, so that we can nourish the minds of York Regions Youth, our future generation! Admission to the Bayview Beach Park is ONLY $3.00 per person or $5.00 per family (includes 2 adults and all the children that you nurture). Our Live Lunch Menu consists of Hamburgers ($3 ea or 2/$5), Hotdogs ($2 ea or 2/$3), Corn on the Cob ($3 ea or 2/$5), Pop $1.50, Bottled Water $1.50, Baked goods ($0.50 to $2 ea). Raffle Tickets for a chance to win the 50/50 draw will be sold as well! Bring your Lawn Chairs! IF bringing your own drinks, please remember bring cans and plastic bottles ONLY). Elmhurst Beach Association is hosting a Mom to Mom Sale! Date: Sunday September 25, 2011 Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Location: Elm Beach, at the base of Elm Avenue … Where Elm Avenue meets Lake Drive in Keswick, Ontario
Calling ALL MOM’S (and Dad’s too)… Need some previously loved (used) children's items? Come out to our Mom to Mom sale and shop till you drop! General Admission to enter the sale is $1.00 De-cluttering your children's Stuff? And you just want to get rid of it? Contact Nancy Rendell at 905-989-1406 (for local pick up or drop off instructions) and we will pick up your clutter (previously loved kids stuff only) which we will sell at our “Under The Tarp” space. Mom’s, Want to make some money? Rent a Space to SELL your previously loved (used) children's items to a specific target market — MOM’s! Vendor space available for the day at a reasonable rate of $20. Contact Lori at 905-476-0715, by Sept 19th to reserve your space! (set up from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM) Mom & Kid business are welcome to rent space too!
A portion of all proceeds raised will be donated to a local charity to be announced in September! EBA is a small private beach community that is committed to the greater good and the larger community by hosting fundraising events!
