Payment Options

There are 4 methods of payment that are currently accepted by Nancy Arruda at  Universal Sky.   All cheques, money orders and email money transfers  are to be made out to Nancy Arruda

  1. Personal Cheque – applies to mail-in and in-person at all locations
  2. Cash – applies to in-person services only, at all locations
  3. Money Order – applies to mail-in and in-person services performed at the Keswick location ONLY.
  4. Email money transfer – applies to all services performed at the Keswick location ONLY.  It is only available if the individual performs online banking at any MAJOR CANADIAN BANK . (i.e., Scotiabank, Royal Bank, TD Canada Trust, Bank of Montreal, and CIBC) Security question and answers must be verbally set up in advance with Nancy Arruda in order for this method to be accepted.

 Payment for Service at the Keswick Location:

In-person services; Payment is accepted in the form of cash or personal cheque, upon receiving your reading, consultation or workshop.  Location information is given at time of booking or registering.

Phone services;  Payment for phone readings are  required in advance.  You can mail Nancy your payment in the form of Cheque, money order or email money transfer (Canada Only) to the address given to you at the time of booking.  Mailing address location is given upon booking your appointment.   It is not advised to send cash in the mail.  Email money transferred details are also given at the time of booking (this requires a verbal conversation as the details are not given via email for security reasons).

Receipts are always offered in-person.  If you are having a phone reading  receipts or invoices  are mailed or emailed upon request. 

For Entertainment Events, the company or group will receive a mailed invoice in advance.  Nancy may also email a PDF of her invoice to your  accounting department or event planner upon your request.  PLEASE NOTE: This service may be invoiced in advance, however payment should be received in advance and no later then the arrival time at the event.

Payment for Service at a Partner Location:

Please contact the specific partner location for their payment policy, in regards to services with Nancy Arruda. 

bulletSome partner locations require a deposit to confirm your reading or registration of a workshop.
bulletSome partner locations will accept major credit cards for Nancy's  service.  Please inquire by calling the specific partner location.
bulletSome partner locations do no accept personal cheque, but may accept debit.  Please inquire by calling the specific partner location

 At any partner location; If payment  is payable directly to Nancy Arruda, the only methods applying are Personal cheque and Cash.

Receipts are always offered in-person.

Special considerations in regards canceling Astrology Consultations.

This applies to all locations.

Your astrology chart and transits are prepared in advance up to three days before you appointment.   This consists of up to 1.5 to 2 hours of preparation that is done on your specific chart prior to your actual verbal consultation or reading with Nancy. 

 Three-day advance notice is required to cancel your astrology consultation appointment; otherwise there is a $50.00 chart preparation fee.  This chart preparation fee is transferable if rescheduling your appointment within two-weeks after the original appointment time.  If rescheduling your appointment after two-weeks from your original appointment time, the chart preparation fee is NON-transferable, as all preparations will need to be re-done.   Exact preparation depends on the busyness of Nancy’s schedule and they can be prepared up to three days in advance.  If you are cancelling and NO preparation has been done to the date of cancelling, then no fee is required, please be considerate of the three day deadline.
