Subscribing to Universal Sky Newsletter.

When subscribing to Universal Sky’s Astrological Newsletter, your email address is used for our distribution list only. We do not share your email information or personal contact information with any other outside parties or companies. We try to always send newsletter and promotional emails by using the ‘BCC’ or ‘Blind Carbon Copy’ option on the email, so other people receiving the email cannot access your personal email address.

Please note that links to other sites have their own privacy policies, which may differ from that of Universal Sky.

Your personal information when obtaining or booking a reading.

Any Information given to Universal Sky, such as Name, Address, Phone Number, Date, Time and Place of Birth is for the use of a reading only. Personal information given to Universal Sky for the purpose of a reading is NOT stored on the server at all.

When disposing of any one’s personal information that is kept on paper, it is put through a paper shredder.

When having a reading, all personal information given between the client and the reader is also held in strict confidence. If any situation is used as an example in a workshop or through conversational teaching please note that all identities are kept confidential. NO names, places, family member’s names, or business names are ever given out. The identities of all parties remain anonymous and will NOT be given out under NO circumstances.

We love receiving testimonials! All testimonials posted on the site or used in conjunction with advertising are done so by receiving permission to use the person’s name and town location. We do not post any feedback unless permission has been granted by the individual sending in the testimonial.

When performing readings in a party or group atmosphere. All personal reading information or events or circumstances told to the reader are NOT shared to other people attending the party.

When submitting a cheque to Universal Sky.

When submitting a cheque to Universal Sky, we do not keep any of the banking information on the cheque. Once a cheque is received it is deposited into our account within 1 to 2 business days. If you do not feel comfortable using a cheque, money orders are also accepted.

If a cheque is returned NSF and the issue is cleared up within 14 days the cheque will be destroyed or returned to the owner by request. If the NSF issue is NOT cleared up within 14 business days, that cheque will then be issued to the Police Fraud Department for their purposes.

When leaving a message.

When leaving your contact information over the phone on voice mail it is best to leave a time of day of when I can contact you at that number. I.e.… “I will be at this number between 5 pm and 9 pm”. If you advise of this information then Nancy can call you back between the suggested times, otherwise most calls are returned during the day between 11 am and 2 pm.

If you do not desire a message being left on your phone, then please request that specifically. Nancy WILL leave a message unless she has been told otherwise.

Email correspondences.

It is advised; email is NOT a secure channel for sharing personal information. Any one who chooses to send their personal information via this channel is responsible for the content that they share within it. Nancy Arruda is not liable or responsible for the safety of any personal information shared by others through email.

Your email is stored on the server until it is downloaded by Nancy, during which time Nancy is not in control of who has access to your personal information.

At Universal Sky we try to implement secure and safe procedures within email correspondences. Should you choose to send your personal information through email, we will try to delete the information prior to replying to your email.
